Oh how I love new sewing supplies. I'm embarrassed to say I've never done that kind of sewing but am envious of all that can. Should try it one day. Where should I start??? :)
I love red stitches too. I was actually just reading about red work and its Turkish origins the other day. Looking forward, with much anticipation, to seeing what you stitch.
Red does look fabulous on white. What sort of thread do you use honey....I just use the skeins of cotton from spotlight...your packets look intriguing...
That looks like the perfect couch craft after a hard day at work!
ReplyDeleteYes, I love the simplicity of the red and white, it always looks so, elegant. Enjoy your stitching time.
ReplyDeleteRed is my all-time favourite colour Laurel. Matched with white linen it is sheer perfection :) Happy stitching. Anita. x
