Tonight my oldest daughter and I had the most fun night. We went and saw the movie Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging. We had Nandos for dinner (hot sauce is really hot!) and had a choc top during the movie. I had the banana split one and it was delicious. I haven't had one since I can't remember! (or something) We then went into the bookshop and bought books. Yeh! I got the Fuzzy Felted Friends and A got the novel of the movie we had just seen, which came with lipgloss and a beach bag!
I can't wait to make the animal shaped coasters and bird pouch! I hope I can track down the wool required.
Ella is almost five and a movie is one of our mum and daughter treats we do every holidays. Reading of your night though - it sounded so wonderful - such a great, low key but special idea. It's filed away for future use!
