Last Week's Collection

The big girl departed Melbourne for a quick trip to China. And Returned. The suitcase did not. I am unsure how  "getting caught on something" would result in the zippers being cut off. Good thing she is not a stress-head like her mother.
Delicious Lunch of pulled pork and pickled vegetables at the Gallery cafe.
A discussion about returning to University put on hold whilst enjoying the freedom of sunshine and good company.
Fun at the local school fair.
Crazy cousins.
Another week flown past.

Stay tuned for this week's collection

Old School Games Night

This is the actual game board  from my very own childhood, still in excellent condition, and still lots of fun! Perfect for a evening spent with the Grandparents/adopted grandparents.

We I had some fun recreating the picture from the box, even down to the number showing on the dice. My Mum drew the line at donning a mustard turtle neck, however.

Do you have a favourite  board game from your childhood?

Good Times

The Ballerina got her first pair of pointe shoes yesterday.

She got to share the experience with a special friend too.

Then it was off to a footy clinic with the Hawks. Talk about contrasts!
Mr M had his pre-op appointment as well. So we are finally getting closer to date for his surgery! Hooray.

My Dad had an operation to repair a blocked artery on Monday and yesterday
I got to speak to him and hear that he is doing OK.
