A Simple Idea with many applications

I have spent two days this week at a very interesting and thought provoking Seminar. I learned about some planning processes including step sheets, the concept of planning backwards and the part to whole method. The pictures show how to make a planning folder that uses the latter technique. It turns abstract concepts into concrete applications. It involves using a manila folder and envelopes which are stuck onto the inside of the folder. Small sheets of paper are written on and filed into the appropriately labelled pocket. The applications are endless - budgeting, planning projects/events, personal/professional reflection and development. I wanted to share the idea with you, as I know that you will find a multitude of uses for a very simple idea. Please tell me if you do!

  1. thank you for stopping by, laurel. the idea you show reminds me of how handy indeed the system works, also for creative process & progress. i always run out of envelopes though, which probably means i need to refrain on topics? ha ha...
