The tin is almost empty!

I made a batch of cookies last night for school lunches and the weekend.

Here is all that remains...

Chewy Coconut Choc-chip Cookies
125gm melted butter
1tsp vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup choc bits
1 cup SR flour
1. Combine butter, vanilla and sugar. Add all other ingredients. Mix until well combined
2.Place tbs of mix on paper lined trays. Flatten slightly.
3.Bake at 180 for 8-10 minutes until golden. Try to let cookies cool before eating!
They are super quick and easy. They taste like a combo between Anzaacs and choc chip bikkies. Yum. Hope yours last longer....
