I have been having fun creating little pincushions with stamped linen and scraps of vintage fabrics and ribbon. They have vintage buttons and are backed with off cuts of woollen fabric as well.
I feel so happy that I have fired up the sewing machine again. I thought that something was wrong with it, but it turns out it was human error. Mine of course! I failed to notice that the tension dial was set to 0. No wonder the stitches were sloppy and all over the place. Onwards and upwards!
