Before and After

Here is the ballerina, just before going on stage for her very first classical solo competition.

And here she is after her  performance, with her Highly Commended Ribbon.

Out of a group of 18 dancers aged 13-15, she received an Honorable Mention from the adjudicator.

Could not be prouder.
