World's Easiest Pie Recipe

Easy Egg and Spinach Pies

Cut a sheet of puff pastry into 4 and then place each piece into a greased ramekin. Place a thin slice of ham in the bottom and then top with some baby spinach leaves. Break an egg on top and then put a teaspoon of thickened cream on top of that. Bake for around 20 mins until pastry is puffed and golden and egg is cooked.

You can play around with this recipe by adding corn, sliced mini roma tomatoes, parmesan cheese, ricotta and extra spinach (in place of egg), whatever you like! They are great warm with a mug of soup, or cold in school lunches. In fact these are to take to the footy tonight! GO HAWKS!
