HELP for a dumb blogger

Wonder if any bloggy smarties out there can help me with a little problem. My toolbar on the Posting page has vanished which means I can't post pictures or hyperlinks or change sizes etc. Can anyone help me pleeeeeaaaaase?????

    Make sure you have clicked on the "compose' tab.
    Other than that - I don't know!
