I have a little work dilemma. I love my current teaching position (4 years), but have the opportunity for a new challenge. I feel ready for a change, but how do I leave a job I love?
Hard choice - but I think if you are ready for a change and a challenge then go for it. You will always be able to look fondly back on the 4 years but you have no idea of what is ahead of you. "Go Forward my Child"...LOL

hmm, tricky. You sound like you are ready to go, perhaps you just need to work out how to tell them you are ready for a new challenge.
